Youth Villages is one of the nonprofits highlighted in this year’s annual giving guide released on Monday by the Center for High Impact Philanthropy at the University of Pennsylvania. And in one of the poorest districts in Kansas, educators have realized that to help homeless students they needed to do more to help homeless families.
