Opportunity Culture: Positive Impacts for Educators and Students

Opportunity Culture, an initiative led by Public Impact, is an innovative approach that supports pre-K-12 school districts with building teacher capacity to better reach students. This research-based model provides leadership opportunities to educators through a multi-classroom leadership structure within their school or district, resulting in stronger education outcomes for students. Join us as we learn more about Opportunity Culture and hear from two GLR communities, Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina, and Winchester, Virginia, that have implemented this within their districts.
