The Ivory Prize, organized by Ivory Innovations, is an annual award recognizing ambitious, feasible, and scalable solutions to housing affordability. Innovators include small- and large-scale companies, nonprofit organizations, and government entities. Their solutions for housing affordability combine elements of construction and design, finance, and policy and regulatory reform that are catalyzing new approaches to drive the housing sector forward.
