People with disabilities have a place to turn to find information on COVID-19. They can contact the Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) to find vaccine locations, make appointments and arrange for transportation. The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) has formed a partnership with the Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC) and their Central Ohio Pathways HUB to provide supportive services to all 14,000 CMHA-assisted households. HCGC’s HUB is a nationally certified program focused on addressing the Social Determinants of Health in an effort to improve health outcomes for at-risk populations.
