This training series is specifically designed to help people who work in, or oversee, properties with a service component for residents. Working in these types of properties requires a specialized skill-set, and this training will lay the foundation for providing high-quality customer service, team building, while maintaining a close connection to service providers. This 3-part property management series will cover the nuts and bolts of supportive housing property management: the collaboration with support services, lease enforcement through the lens of harm reduction and housing first, team building, and customer services. The training will provide an overview of each section as well as tips and tools for enhancing your site operations.
