In this webinar, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) will share information about their Digital Navigator model and explain their partnerships with library systems across the country. The Digital Navigator model is a replicable framework for organizations already providing digital inclusion services or those entering the digital inclusion space to ensure that their constituents can connect with them online. This webinar will discuss how public housing advocates can learn from models like the Digital Navigator approach. Bring your questions! Paolo Balboa, Programs and Data Manager for NDIA, applies his background in adult literacy and data management to developing digital equity programs. Paolo has been connecting with a national network of practitioners and researchers to develop the Digital Navigator program model to assist organizations that serve their communities across increased barriers to digital access as a result of COVID-19. NDIA currently supports Digital Navigators with a variety of organizations, including public libraries, workforce development agencies, and state broadband offices. This webinar is part of a webinar series that aims to help ConnectHomeUSA participating communities achieve their goals in connecting households to broadband and assisting communities in their digital inclusion and digital literacy efforts.
