Fall Webinar Series
Part 2: Data Systems Used to Support Resident Outcomes
Wednesday, October 7th
3:00 pm EST
This webinar will provide an introduction to a selection of available online data systems including Pangea Foundation’s Family Metrics and Efforts to Outcomes. It will feature peer sharing from 3 - 4 practitioners who use different online outcomes and data tracking systems. Each practitioner will share their experience using an online system, including the benefits and challenges of using data to support internal decision making, partnership development, and/or fundraising efforts.
These are not formal software demonstrations, but will provide a practitioners perspective on the utility of the programs.
The recording for part 1 of this series can be found here on the CORES Resource Library. It provides an overview on outcomes measurement, looks at how data is valuable both internally and externally for resident services practitioners, considers the ethical questions raised by collecting and using resident data including privacy considerations, and provides a high level overview of many of the commonly used online data collection systems used by practitioners.
