Community Information Exchange Summit

The purpose of the CIE Summit is to promote and discuss best practices, challenges, and lessons learned on data sharing infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, governance, sustainability and other related issues to inform community-level efforts around the country to enhance care coordination across health and non-health sectors.
